Shipping policy

DISCLAIMER

  1. More than 95% orders are delivered as per the mentioned estimated time. However, because there is always a chance of delays, please keep a fair margin for delays in your ordering. As we cannot guarantee exact time of delivery, it is not advisable to use our services if your order is highly time critical.
  2. Shipping is only done through renowned national courier companies. Therefore, we can only ship to those areas inside Canada where these companies provide service. 

Total Time Required to Deliver Your Product 

The total time required to get a product delivered to your doorsteps covers the following stages:

  1. Artwork preparation (if you have purchased an artwork design package for your required product.)
  2. Order setup (On most orders it takes 1 day. However, it can take some more time to solve a technical hitch in the artwork.)
  3. Production (Estimated production times are mentioned for each product, however, delays can happen due to raw material shortage, human mistakes, equipment breakdowns, power failures, natural disasters, etc.)
  4. Shipping (The indicated times are based upon long experiences, however, delays may happen due to natural disasters, road accidents, human mistakes, etc.)

The items on an order may be shipped together or separately, and may take different times to reach your doorsteps.

Artwork Inspection 

The artwork needed for printing may come from one of the following routes:

  • You have submitted an artwork.
  • You have purchased an artwork design package from us and have finally accepted the prepared artwork after any needed revisions.

 In case the artwork is supplied by you, it will be inspected for conformance to the artwork guidelines of that product. If we find any problem that we can fix, we will rectify the problem and will send you a proof if necessary. Otherwise, we will submit the artwork to production and inform you. In case the submitted artwork is not print-ready and we cannot fix the problem(s), we will inform you through email. 

If the artwork was to be prepared by us, we will ensure that all the technical requirements of the desired product are met with.

Order Set Up

Once the artwork is ready, it needs to be uploaded to the relevant production system.

Our print partners have established highly automated order submitting systems with stringent technical requirements and automatic quality inspections.  Sometime, the systems identify one or more technical problems in the artwork. In such case, we have to rectify those and resubmit the artwork. This takes some time. Normally, it is done with in a day for small and simple artworks.

Production  

Production is started once the customer approved artwork is uploaded to the production system and has been inspected OK. 

Shipping

Please note that all turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by many factors which are out of our control. Therefore, please expect delays and keep margin for them.

While we will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of delivery schedules, in no case shall we be held liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

We shall not be liable for delays in shipments caused by any reason including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances.

Unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. 

Reshipment

We will reship the package and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment in the following cases:

  • When a package is returned to us due to an erroneous shipping address supplied by the customer.
  • The package wasn't received at the customer provided address.

Shipping Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at claims@AllwinPrinters.ca with your order number and the photo(s) of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. This process will take time so please be patient with us.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Some products are marked as All Inclusive. The turnaround time for these products includes both the production time and the shipping time. Also, the price shown is the total of production cost and the shipping cost. For all other products, production time is separately mentioned from the shipping time and it varies considerably from product to product. Similarly, shipping time and costs vary from product to product. For some of the products, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@AllwinPrinters.ca with your name and order number.
